Stay By My Side

Torrie lowered her eyelashes to the floor, while she stayed against the wall.

"I just don't know what to do? Trish" Torrie muttered.

"I don't want to lose him, but at the same time...I feel so far away from him" Torrie uttered, with tears falling down.

"For one you won't ever lose John Cena and two why don't you go talk to him? We're right outside his office." Trish said.

Torrie stared at Trish.

"Because he doesn't even notice me anymore," Torrie muttered, she went to walk away but Trish held unto her hand.

"Tor you know he does." Trish said.

Torrie stared at Trish before she sighed.

"He's changed, I feel my marriage slipping through my fingers as each day goes past" Torrie muttered.

"Don't say that Tor." Trish said.

Torrie looked at Trish.

"I just don't know what else I can do?" Torrie spoke, before she let a single breath fall through her lips.

"Give him one of your amazing homemade cakes." Trish said.

Torrie looked at Trish.

"Don't think I didn't try," Torrie spoke.

"And?"

"He didn't want it," Torrie said. "He's never declined my homemade cooking before, I just don't know what I can do and I don't know what else I can do" Torrie spoke.

"Have you tried giving him a massage, calling him up to the bedroom so he can see you in a sexy outfit, or a candle light dinner?" Trish asked.

Torrie looked at Trish.

"I did his favourite, and he didn't return until late at night and I had drunk so much wine I fell asleep" Torrie spoke with a sigh.

"I don't think he's attracted to me anymore," Torrie spoke before she lowered her head.

"Now why wouldn't he be?" Trish asked.

Torrie shrugged.

"I don't know, you may think I'm being silly Trish but I'm worried I'm losing him" Torrie muttered.

"He's the one thing I tried so hard to hold unto" Torrie said, before she leaned back on the wall.

"You never can lose him Tor." Trish said.

Torrie stared at Trish.

"I better go and see him, I'll see you later Trish" Torrie spoke with a soft voice.

"See ya." Trish said before she walked back to her locker room.

Trish hugged her, before she gave her one more smile.

Torrie knocked the door, while she looked up at the template saying "JOHN CENA" Torrie opened the door, and saw John sorting through some paperwork.

"Hey honey," Torrie spoke with a small smile.

"Hey beautiful." John said.

Torrie smiled a little at John, but it faded when John's head lowered back down to his work.

"How..are you?" Torrie asked, still standing there.

"Okay." John said.

Torrie nodded.

"So what time do you think you'll be home?" Torrie asked.

"I dunno" John spoke.

Torrie smiled. "I was thinking maybe we could have a nice night in just us two together, since Kayla, Sarah and Joey at your parents house for a few days so I was thinking just us together, alone I can cook us dinner" Torrie spoke with a fragile smile.

John stared at Torrie, it sounded a great night but something stopped him from saying yes.

"I...can't." John said.

Torrie looked at John. She felt a sharp blow collide with her heart when she heard his words.

"Why not?" She asked, trying not to show the tears in her eyes.

John gulped.

"I just can't." John said.

Torrie looked at John.

"I thought you'll jump to the chance of spending time with me," Torrie muttered, before her head lowered down to hide the tears.
