Sometimes You Have To Lose.

Torrie continued to hold John, as she watched his right foot move showing some life in him making some of the pressure release on Torrie's heart. But then he just laid there, unconscious.

"John, wake up please" Torrie spoke.

She then lowered her eyeslashes, whispering "I need you," Torrie muttered, with a single tear falling from her eyes.

John moved his hand the moaned again.

Torrie watched John closely, his blue eyes started to opened very slightly but then closed again.

"I'm here John, please wake up" Torrie pleaded softly.

John slowly opened his eyes then groaned.

Torrie just stared at John, a very faint smile went across her face as she saw him open his eyes. She just hugged him, not wanting to let go after she felt so guilty for what she had done and said.

"I thought you hated me." John muttered.

Torrie lowered her eyes for a moment before she just touched John's chain from behind his neck.

"No I couldn't ever hate you, I'm so sorry John I didn't mean it...I just lashed out I'm sorry" Torrie muttered with tears falling from her eyes.

"I knew you didn't mean it." John muttered.

"I never meant to hurt you John, I don't hate you your the best thing I could have ever find in my life, I love you so very, very much" Torrie spoke.

"I love you...too." John muttered.

Torrie just stared at John before she hugged him gently.

"I'm so sorry," Torrie muttered.

"It's okay." John said.

Torrie pulled away before she kneeled there in front of John while he draped his arm around his midsection, squinting his eyes for a moment.

"No it's not I'm the reason why you're on the floor, I didn't mean it! really honestly I didn't!" Torrie spoke with tears in her eyes.

"Torrie I know, it's okay." John said.

Torrie shook her head, as she lowered her head down to the floor underneath her.

"No, I thought...I killed you" Torrie muttered before tears rose deeper in her eyes.

"You didn't though Torrie." John said.

"No but I could have, you stopped breathing John and that's my fault" Torrie muttered before she lowered her head into her hands.

"Torrie's okay, really." John said.

"Really? then why haven't you touched me or hugged me?" Torrie asked.

John looked at her, he didn't know he should after how she pushed him away.

"I...didn't think...if you wanted me to." John muttered.

"I do," Torrie muttered softly as she kneeled there.

"I need you John," Torrie said as her eyes rose with even more tears.

"My ribs are killing me." John said.

Torrie stared at John before her head lowered down at his words.

"Ooh, that's alright" Torrie spoke, with a small fake smile after John refused to hold her.

She got to her feet, and hid her tears. "I'm gonna go for a rest," Torrie muttered as she walked away.

John looked at Torrie before he opened his arms to hug her.

"Tor." John said.

Torrie turned her head around before her eyes met John's.

"Yeah" Torrie muttered.
