Broken Into Pieces

"I...don't know." Katie said.

"It's not going to be easy." Carmin said.

"God why does he chose now to spend time with me?" Katie asked.

Carmin shrugged.

"I don't know." Carmin said.

"I'll just hide my crutches and try to walk." Katie said.

"That won't work." Carmin said.

"It could." Katie said.

"It won't." Carmin said.

"How do you know?" Katie asked.

"I tried that once." Carmin said.

"It might work on Jeff." Katie said.

"If it won't work on Cody, it won't work on anyone, trust me." Carmin said.

"I bet it will work on Jeff." Katie said.

"I doubt it but if you say so." Carmin said.

"Just watch it...it won't work. Jeff is too smart for that, he'll actually notice. Now Matt if you get him distracted enough he won't notice a thing." Katie said.

"Okay." Carmin said.

"I wonder if I can get Torrie to him in a bunch of signings before WrestleMania." Katie said.

"Maybe." Carmin said.

Katie looked at Carmin.

"Okay first you tell me wrestling wouldn't be a good idea and now you're going along with my plan. Why?" Katie asked.

"Because I don't feel like arguing with you." Carmin said.

"Okay because I'm stubborn just like Matt so you would just lose anyway." Katie said.

"I've noticed." Carmin muttered.

10 minutes later Katie grabbed her crutches and got out of the car when they got to her house.

Carmin smiled.

"You got it from here?" Carmin asked.

"Yeah I'm fine, do you want me to call you a taxi since we drove my car?" Katie asked.
