Trying to Mend a Broken Heart

Paul walked and and down the shore line with his hands buried in his jean pockets. He had told Angel to meet him there that evening because he wanted to make sure that his baby siser was okay.

He was furious with Brian for what he did to Angel. He thought that he could trust him to take care of her and to love her the way that he should have, but he didn't.

Paul smiled slightly when he saw Angel's wheelchair coming towards him.

Angel smiled a little when she saw Paul down at the shoreline.

She wheeled over to him and laughed a little.

"You wanted to see me?" Angel asked.

Paul smiled.

"Hey little one." Paul said sweetly.

"I just wanted to check up on you, make sure that you and your little ones are okay." Paul said.

Angel nodded.

"We're okay." Angel said.

"Lily's still really torn up about the whole thing, she still having nightmares." Angel said.

"Poor thing." Paul spoke.

"You think it would help if I came to see her?" Paul asked.

"It might help." Angel spoke.
