"I know it's a shock but she'd love to do it John," Torrie spoke over the phone to John.

"And I know it's in front of her whole school with million of boys but John you know Kayla can sing" Torrie added.

"No she can't." John lied.

"John Cena you know she can," Torrie spoke.

"No I don't." John lied.

Torrie sat down on the sofa, in a white dress barefoot at home.

"John, how come you always said that she has the voice of an angel, and now you're changing it to she cannot sing" Torrie spoke.

"Because there will be a lot of boys watching her." John said.

"Uh..huh..."

"You see one words, four letters wrong with that" John spoke "The reason,"

"That is?" Torrie asked.

"Boys,"

"Yeah it's the whole school, would be girls, parents there you'll be there too," Torrie spoke.

"Can I knock out all the guys before it starts?" John asked.

"No you can't John,"

"Well can I at least just shout at them" John spoke to Torrie.

"No, John you can go there and be the great dad you are, and be proud of your little girl as she sings her heart out" Torrie spoke with a smile.

John groaned.

"Fine." John said.

Torrie smiled as she heard John.

"Thank you, I know how hard that was for you," Torrie spoke before she touched her blonde hair resting on the sofa.

"It was veyr hard." John said.

"Well I better go, I need to put dinner on and...."

Sarah came in. "Whose that?" She asked.

"It's daddy honey,"

Sarah's smile lit up while she cuddled her favourite teddy bear, "Can I speak to him? can I? can I?" Sarah asked.

"Sure sweetheart, baby Sarah has something to tell you," Torrie spoke over the phone while Sarah sat next to her.

"Okay put her on the phone." John said.

"There you sweetie," Torrie spoke as she put the phone near Sarah's ear.

Sarah smiled. "Hey daddy!" She beamed.

"Hey sweetheart." John said.

"Daddy! at school today I painted this picture of the sea, when the sun is out and we made this trinket box it was so fun!" Sarah spoke, while Torrie smiled stroking Sarah's hair.

"That sounds great" John said with a smile.

"Mr Cuddles hosted a tea party," Sarah smiled.

Kayla just giggled as she sat on the sofa watching Hannah Montana. Torrie nudged her slightly before she hushed her.

"Cool." John said.

"Daddy why aren't you here?" Sarah muttered, with sadness in her eyes.

"I'm working." John said.

"Why?" Sarah spoke.

"Because if I don't work I don't get paid and then you don't get toys." John said.

"No more disney or arts or crafts?" Sarah asked.

Kayla just giggled and got another nudge by Torrie.

"What?"

"Hush" Torrie said.
