WWE Karaoke Night (all welcome)

Dave set Candice back on her feet and then smirked at Hunter. "You, Shawn and Candice owe me an awesome performance to follow that one. And Candice owes me a solo too."

Candice grinned. "Happy to oblige."

"Yeah." Evan said thoughtfully. "I can probably go up there and belt out Endless Love or something to that extent. Do you want me to?"

"Wow, In didn't expect you to say yes!" Kelly laughed

"I'd love to hear you belt out in song"

"What can I say, you inspire me." He shrugged nonchalantly. "But yeah, I'll sing for you. Just don't hate me when it's terrible." He joked.

Kelly smiled, "Come on. Me hate you? Never, that's not even possible" Kelly sweetly spoke.

"Besides I'm not that good either."

"Well then, I guess I'll be singing for you." Evan chuckled. "I'm just going to need a drink first." He signaled the bartender. "Vodka tonic please, with lemon."

"Well I can't wait" she told with a wide smile

Evan sighed handed over the money for his drink, and then began to sip it quickly. "Well, I won't make you wait any longer than necessary." He laughed,

Kelly smiled, "thank you. I'll be sure to cheer loudly" Kelly told

"Oh, I'll hope you'll do more than cheer by the time I'm done." He winked at her, set his empty cup back down and headed for the stage.

After making his request to the DJ, Evan hopped up on stage.

"All right Ladies and Gentlemen, our second performance of the night, let's get a round of applause for Evan "Air" Bourne!" The DJ announced.

Evan grinned boyishly out into the audience. "I just want to say something real quick if you guys don't mind. I'm actually not up here just because I want to sing. I'm going to use this as confessional time." He joked. "You see, about three months ago, I learned my girlfriend was cheating on me. I was pretty messed up over it, not going to lie. But then something incredible happened. One of my closest friends was going through a rough time in love as well, and together, we helped each other heal. And for me, I rediscovered love, for this amazing woman, who despite all the hell life's thrown at her. She's still smiling. I may be Airbourne in the wrestling ring...but Kelly, you make me feel like I can fly, so this is for you, and I can only hope you feel the same about me."

"Oh my God!" Candice squealed after hearing Evan's speech. "He's so sweet!"

Kelly placed her hands on her chest, borderline shocked.

"oh my god!" she mouthed

The sound of acoustic guitar followed Evan's little introduction as the music to "Run to Me" began to play in the background.

Despite Evan's claims to not having a good voice, it was boyish enough to be similar to that of the song's original singer, former 98 Degrees front man Nick Lachey. That combined with his pre-speech had the crowd behind him as he continued to sing.

"I'll be back!" Candice told Dave, before crossing the bar to stand beside Kelly. "Honey, I'm so happy for you! He's perfect for you!"

"Candi shut up! I'm trying to listen to him sing!!!!!" Kelly squealed

"He's so adorable!!!!!"

Candice laughed before going silent, letting her friend enjoy it.

"Isn't this great Candice" Kelly asked with her flustered mind

"You told me to shut up." Candice laughed again.

As the music picked up following the first chorus Evan let himself get into the song.

"Go Evan!" Dave Batista shouted in encouragement.

"Rock on you little nerd!" Triple H agreed, cheering for one of his favorite bantering rookies.

"Oh Hunter." Stephanie rolled her eyes and chuckled. "Could you be nice to him for once? He just put his heart on the line."

Hunter grinned. "He knows I don't mean it. He'll just tell me I'm old and not to break a hip or something."

Evan finally looked back across the bar to where Kelly stood before wrapping up the song.

He held the last note and let it fade with the music before the bar erupted into applause.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Evan "Air" Bourne!" The DJ shouted. "What a performance! And what a lucky Lady it was dedicated to."

Evan chuckled, saluting the DJ and taking a bow.

Kelly screamed like a teenage girl screaming for the Jonas Brothers.

Her smile shined brighter than ever before

"Hush Candice!" she told again

"THAT WAS AMAZING!" Kelly told bashfully,

Candice rolled her eyes. "You're lucky I love you. Now go and get your man!"

Kelly shrugged, "That sounded great.... my man" Kelly told

After thanking the other bar patrons, Evan stepped off the stage and accepted congratulations from a few of his co-workers.

"Great job, Evan." Dave told him. "You put my performance to shame. I hope Kelly feels the same."

Evan laughed. "Me too, thanks Dave."

"Real nice, Airbourne." Hunter agreed. "You were great up there."

"Awesome job, Evan!" Stephanie added. "It was so sweet."

"Thanks Hunter, Steph." Evan grinned.

"Really nice, Evan." Soraya laughed. "I hope you get the girl."

"Thanks Ray." Evan waved to them before heading over to where Kelly and Candice stood.

Candice giggled. "Yes, your man. Here he comes!"

As Evan drew closer, Candice slowly began to inch away. "Great job, Evan! It was awesome!"

"Thanks Candice." Evan replied, before looking at the one person who's opinion mattered more than anyone else's.

Meanwhile, Candice returned to Dave's side to give them some privacy.

"Oh Candice he's coming over here!!!" Kelly told with her smiled still plastered on her face.

"So?" Evan asked nervously once he stood right in front of Kelly. "What did you think?"
