Stay awhile

Brie stepped down from the car and faced the house before her. She was going to spend her 3 day rest with Evan at his home.

"Do you live here just by yourself?" Brie turned to Evan who was unloading the trunk.

Evan hauled both suitcases out of the trunk and slammed it closed. "Actually, Kofi Kingston lived here with me for a little while, but then he got a place of his own. So now it's just me."

"Maybe I should live here so you wouldn't be so lonely." Brie smiled and got her suitcase.

Evan grinned. "I'm not that lonely, and I don't want to tear you away from your sister. I know how close you two are, so you don't have to leave her just to keep me company."

"True, but then who would keep my sweetie entertained in this big empty house?" Brie cooed and kissed Evan.

Evan grinned and kissed her back. "You'll just have to come visit me often I guess."

"I guess that could work." Brie smiled.

She got her suitcase and headed for the front door. She stopped as she reached it and looked back. Evan was still getting something from the car.

"Any minute now." she called to Evan.
