A Sister's Confession

"how did you get so mean" he teased

"I grew up." Carmin said.

Cody sighed, "You used to be so sweet"

"I'm still swett, you just got on my nerves." Carmin said.

"Good excuse"

"Like I said, I grew up; I'm not a dumb blonde anymore."

"You were never dumb" Cody said

"Awww, my brother's being nice!" Carmin said.

"Nah, just truthful"

Carmin smiled.

"You know what, we can meet your friend later, right now I want to stay here and hang out with my brother." Carmin spoke.

"That sounds like a good idea"

"Yeah, I think it does." Carmin said as she picked her notebook and pen up from the bench and wrote in it.

"what are you writing?"

"A story." Carmin said.

"About?"

"It's called Confused Inside." Carmin said.

"It's about a girl who is at the top of the scoial ladder until her parents die and she loses everything and she has to learn how to live without her servants and all that." Carmin said.

"oh" he told, "sound intriguing"

"I'm writing chapter twenty now." Carmin said.

"Wow" he told

"Yeah, I write a lot." Carmin said.

"I never knew that" he told

"Have any finished stuff I can see?"

"I think I may have a few." Carmin said.

"You mind if I read them later?" he asked

"Sure you can read them if you like." Carmin said.
