Torrie looked at Hunter, with a very faint smile.

"Thanks Hunter," Torrie gently spoke.

"I'm..scared too" She muttered lowering her head down.

Shawn glared at Randy.

"Don't you have a wife to go be with?" Shawn asked.

"Shawn, seriously what in the world are you going to do?" Randy asked.

Torrie walked in the waiting room, she saw Kayla and gasped "Kay" Torrie muttered.

Kayla looked at her "Mom!" She got up from Dave's grip and ran to her mother.

"Shh it's alright, shh" Torrie muttered as she held unto her crying daughter crying also.

"Randy you ruined everything! Now he's going to die." Shawn said before he stomped out of the room.

"Me? I didn't even do anything Shawn you can't stop what's happened..." Randy muttered.

Torrie gently stroked Kayla's hair. "God you're cold where have you been?" Torrie asked putting HHH's jacket on Kayla.

"..outside...is dad..gonna die?" Kayla asked.

Torrie didn't know what to say, she just felt her heart break hearing Kayla's words.

Shawn stomped into Katie's room.

"Your husband won't let me save John from dying!" Shawn yelled.

Katie eyes filled with tears.

"John's dying?" Katie asked.

Randy let out a darkened glare at Shawn before he turned to Katie.

"Yeah.." He muttered.

Torrie just gently stroked Kayla's blonde hair as she cried "Honey, listen...your dad is really hurt but....he won't give up that's one thing you can count on" Torrie spoke.

"....Really?"

Torrie just nodded her head, feeling the tears in her eyes but she couldn't say another word, she felt heartbroken to even say a word.

"God anything bad stop happening for once?" Katie asked as she looked down and cried.

She looked at the IV in her arm then tried to take it out.

"I have to go comfort Torrie." Katie said.

"No you're gonna stay here, Torrie has Candice, Soraya..Hunter, Lilian others to comfort her" Randy spoke.

Torrie gently kissed Kayla's temple "Everything's going to be okay," Torrie whispered.

"I promise" She muttered leaning on the silk blonde hair.

Lilian looked at Hunter. "Anything?"

Hunter shook his head "There's no change..I'm starting to..think maybe....it is too late" He uttered, making silence hit the room.

"No I'm not. I don't need to stay here." Katie said before she pulled the IV out of her arm.

She stood up but then felt dizzy.

"All of you Randys move out of the way...I need to see Torrie." Katie muttered.

Randy caught Katie and put her back on the bed.

"No" He said.

Shawn sighed before he looked up at the ceiling being the christian he is he silently started to pray.

"I know that's so hard to believe Kay right now but I promise you....if we all stick together then everything will work out" Torrie gently muttered to her distaurght daughter.

"I have to be there for her Randy, she was there for me when I was in that car and if she wasn't Robby and I would be dead." Katie said as she tears fall from her eyes.

Randy sighed as he turned to the wall.

"I don't know what I can do for him" Torrie muttered.

"The way John will overcome is if you believe in him Torrie, he needs you and Kayla the most" Lilian said while she hugged Torrie.

"I can't lose him...Lily I just can't" Torrie spoke with tears falling down from her eyes while she held on tight to the crying girl on her lap.

Katie got up again and made it a little bit past the bed before she fell back when she passed out and hit her head on the bed.

"Ah!" Shawn yelled.

Torrie just stroked Kayla's blonde hair.

"I'm so sorry Kay" Torrie gently muttered seeing her daughter asleep on her lap.

Torrie then saw Hunter kneel down in front of her. Even though it killed him to say it but he had lost the hope that John's going to be okay.

Shawn poked Katie as she lied on the floor unconsious.

"Katie wake up." Shawn said.

Torrie looked at Hunter.

"Yeah?" Torrie muttered softly.

"Torrie, look honey everything's gonna be okay...but...I'm afraid there's no change and it's been hours"

"Don't" Torrie shook her head.

"I'm sorry honey, I'm afraid it's time to let John go" Hunter said with tears in his eyes.

Torrie lowered her head down, while everyone in the room just lost the faith prepared for the worst. "No" Torrie muttered with tears in her eyes.

"Tor..." Lilian said.

"No I can't, why does...this...this cannot happening to me!" Torrie cried while she ran out of the room only to bump into Shawn.

"Oh goodness sake" Randy sighed.

"Why not just listen to me" Randy said as he looked at Katie.

"She looks dead." Shawn said then saw Randy glare at him.

"She's really pale." Shawn muttered.

Torrie just slid down the wall, with tears falling from her eyes.

"Well if she listened to me this wouldn't have happened" Randy said with anger.

Shawn looked at Randy before he left the room to find Torrie crying against the wall.

"So...you're just going to let her lie there? Well you're a great husband." Shawn said sarcastically.

"Shawn for god sake shut up!" Randy yelled before he picked up Katie and put her back on the bed.

"Alright, alright fine I'll leave you to it" Shawn said, he left the room and went down the corridor for a moment before he found Torrie with her head down but he could tell she was crying.

"Poor girl" Lilian said softly while she stroked Kayla's hair as she laid alseep.

"Torrie?" Shawn asked.

A couple minutes Katie woke up then looked around and groaned.

"Damn it, I want to see Torrie. I owe her by comforting her now when she needs a best friend." Katie said as she glared at Randy.

Torrie just kept her head lowered down as she cried. Shawn ran over, and accidentally knocked over a few trays getting to Torrie.

Torrie perked her head as she looked at Shawn still with tears in her eyes.

"Well why not listen to me?! Huh! My best friend is slipping away! I cannot worry about you as well!" Randy snapped as the fact of losing John was starting to bring out the anger in him.

"Torrie!" Shawn yelled before he hugged Torrie.

Katie looked at Randy.

"First of all keep your voice down we have our newborn sleeping baby in the room and second I'm worried about John too but I need to find Torrie and comfort her because I know she needs it." Katie said.
