A Friend In Need.

"I know, but it's not your fault okay...what happened is Torrie and John were agruing in the hotel..some kind of lamp fell, was gonna fall on Torrie and John just pushed her out of the way and somehow a pole from the lamp ended up going through him but sweetie it's not your fault" Randy muttered as he touched Katie's cheek wiping away her tears.

Torrie gulped, as she managed a faint smile. "I'm here, and thank god you're here too" Torrie muttered while John still lied there with his eyes closed.

John opened his eyes a little.

"Ow." John moaned as he put a hand where his wound was.

"They wouldn't have been arguing if it wasn't for me." Katie said.

Torrie's green eyes watched John with tears, seeing him in pain.

"It's really not your month this year John" Torrie lightly giggled as she took the hand that he had leaned his wound over.

"Katie, it's done alright John is okay and Torrie will come around This I promise you alright you're not to blame here...alright" Randy gently muttered putting his jacket over her cold shoulders.

"I still want to marry you," Randy said with a smile across his face rubbing her shoulders getting her warm.

John moaned.

"No it's not." John said.

Katie looked at Randy with a small smile.

"Really?" Katie asked.

Torrie sat on the edge of the bed, and rubbed his right shoulder gently.

"But I'm so glad you're still here, I thought I lost you" Torrie muttered softly as she lowered her head down so John doesn't see the tears in her eyes.

Randy nodded, and gently kissed her hand "Of course, no other girl out there for me only you...and I hope now you realise that" He lightly said with a grin.

John lifted Torrie's head up with a finger.

"You could never lose me Torrie." John said.

Katie hugged Randy.

"I do, I wish I could have enjoyed that amazing proposal. It was exactly how I hoped it would be and I couldn't even enjoy it with that horrible mistake I made in my mind." Katie said.

"But I almost did, God must really love me if he keeps on letting you stay here with me" Torrie spoke as she looked at John with a very faint smile when she watched his blue eyes open slowly and fully.

Randy hugged her tight, "Don't worry about it, now come on we'll go and clean this mess up together my lovely, sweet, beautiful fiancee" He grinned holding his hand out to Katie.

"Or...I'm just unable to die." John said.

Katie smiled before she took Randy's hand.

"I love you more then any man in this world, I can't imagine my life without you Randy Keith Orton." Katie said truthfully.

"Or that could be it, It's not fair you were still feeling some effects from being chokeslammed through the 70000 watt-search light by Big Show and now....this happened god John you must have been in complete agony" Torrie spoke softly.

Randy smiled as he gripped unto her hand "I love you too, now come on let's go" He said before walking back into the hospital.

Katie held Randy's hand as they walked back into the hospital.

"What are we going to do?" Katie asked.

"I've realized that." John said.

"You were on the mend as well, and Judgment Day is next Sunday well I guess you're gonna have to forefeit like you've "supposed" be doing against The Miz" Torrie spoke to John.

He looked at with a no look across his face.

"John you aren't wrestling Big Show less than a week away, no I forbid it" Torrie spoke.

"Don't worry, I'll be right beside you sweetheart" Randy spoke.

Katie looked at Randy before they walked into the waiting room.

"Maybe we should just wait out here." Katie muttered, not seeing Torrie in the room anymore.

John looked at Torrie.

"When have I ever listened to people who forbid me to do something?" John asked.

Torrie held unto John's right hand as she sat there on the bed with him.

"John, please you've had a pole impale you when you were still recovering, you stopped breathing okay you are in no condition whatsoever! to wrestle the Big Show...no matter of fact no one for many weeks" Torrie spoke.

"Excuse me do you know why Torrie is?" Randy asked a nurse. "Blonde hair, wearing a black jacket..she was in tears" Randy asked.

"I'm still wrestling." John said, being stubborn.

"She went into Mr.Cena's room I believe." the nurse said.

"John, no" Torrie spoke with worry rising in her eyes for her husband.

"You're in no such condition, you can hardly breathe right now" Torrie added as she stressed out her view, she just didn't want to see John get hurt than he already is. This past month had been terrfying for Torrie seeing John in such a state just scared her deeply.

"Okay thank you," Randy spoke, he walked off after the Nurse told him which room. He stopped when Katie just stared at him.

"Look it will be okay I promise" Randy spoke gently.

"I am perfectly fine." John lied.

Katie stared at Randy.

"John needs his rest, I think it would be better if we stayed out here." Katie muttered.

"You are such a liar, and one good thing about all of this honey you won't have a scar they mentioned to stitch up you can't really see it" Torrie spoke as she smiled quite gently.

"But no wrestling for 8 months" Torrie spoke.

"Honey come on it'll be okay, alright John's awake so if Torrie starts he'll step in for you okay? I will too" Randy spoke.

"I just don't want to lose her..." Katie muttered.

"You won't, one thing I know about Torrie is that she always ends up forgiving in the end" Randy spoke.

"I'm wrestling at Judgement Day." John said.

Katie took a step towards Randy.

"You won't leave my side right?" Katie asked softly.

"No you're not, what if Big Show falls on you..you're gonna be screwed" Torrie spoke to John.

"No I won't," Randy said as he gripped Katie's hand a little tighter as they walked down the corridor.

"I'm still doing the match." John said.

Katie looked at the door of John's room and tried to turn around to walk away but Randy pulled her back.

"I'm sick, I don't think I should go in there." Katie lied.

"What if he falls on you?" Torrie asked with a weak expression across her face, all she wanted was John to be careful and he's not really helping her nerves for that matter.

"Katie come on," Randy spoke.

"But I really am sick." Katie said before she sneezed.

"See I have a cold." Katie said.

"That won't happen." John said.

"Katie come on it will be okay" Randy spoke as he knocked on the door.

"You better hope it doesn't, I just want you to be careful John and it's not a good idea for you to do this" Torrie stressed, she then turned to the door when she heard it knock.

"Wonder who that is?" Torrie asked.

Randy opened the door. "Room for two more,"

"Only you" Torrie spoke as she glared seeing Katie standing there.

Katie looked down then tried to walk away again but Randy kept his grip on her wrist.

"I don't want that homewrecker here" Torrie snapped as she turned away from Katie when she felt John gently touch her right arm.
