John sighed before he looked down.

Torrie looked at John.

"I'm gonna lie her down on her bed, you're still tired aren't you sweetie" Torrie spoke.

Sarah just nodded her head, cuddled on Torrie's neck. Sympathany spread across Torrie's face for John because maybe what he said could have backfired in the worse possible way.

John sat down on the couch and closed his eyes before he let his face drop into his hands.

"It's gonna be okay John, everyone knows that you love Sarah," Lilian spoke gently.

"Sweetie, she does she's only little her poor mind is so confused but she knows you love her more than anything" Lilian spoke.

"I mean you just had ordanment fall on the back of your neck to protect her" Lilian added, with a small grin.

Torrie gently laid Sarah down on the bed, "There you go nice and warm," Torrie spoke gently.

"I'm sorry," Sarah spoke.

"Honey it's alright we were just worried sick about you, your dad..and I everyone were worried sick about you" Torrie spoke as she gently stroked Sarah's hair.

John nodded.

"I hope she still knows I love her." John muttered.

"She does, it's just gonna take time sweetheart" Lilian spoke.

John sighed before he grinned at Lilian. "Thanks Lilian, I'll be back in a second" John spoke, he got up and walked upstairs.

He continued to walk, and listened to Torrie behind the door while she talked to Sarah.

"Don't ever think for one second Sarah, that we don't want you we love you so much and I never want you to think you don't belong here because darling you do" Torrie spoke.

Sarah nodded as she just laid there. "But he's not my daddy.." She muttered not realising John was behind the door.

John gulped feeling upset as he looked down.

Torrie stared at Sarah.

"Well...yes he is because he loves you, more than anything you're his little artist Sarah" Torrie spoke feeling her heart start to break seeing the lost look in Sarah's eyes.

"I'll tell you what princess just get some sleep," Torrie muttered, she gave Sarah a gentle kiss before she watched Sarah fall back asleep again.

Torrie stared at her daughter, before she gently stroked Sarah's hair. "Sweet dreams darling," Torrie spoke.

She stood up, and walked out of the room only to find John standing there.

"Baby she's only 6, she..don't mean to hurt you" Torrie spoke gently immediately seeing the pain in John's ocean eyes.

"She doesn't know I love her." John said.

"She does she's just...little lost," Torrie muttered, while John's eyes just saw Sarah on the bed sleeping.

"Go in there, and just talk to her," Torrie gently encouraged.

"It's not going to help." John said.

"You never know it might, go on all that could happen is she wakes up and finds you there," Torrie spoke.

John sighed before he walked into Sarah's room and grabbed a chair. He put it near Sarah's bed then sat down.

Sarah continued to sleep. John stood up from the chair and sat down on the bed. He pulled Sarah gently into his arms and just held unto his slumbering daughter.

"I love you Sarah." John whispered.

John just held unto Sarah while she slept.

"I never ever meant to hurt you darling, you're my little princess" John muttered to Sarah.

"I feel lost.." A soft mutter came from Sarah's lips.

"I know but you don't have to anymore." John said.

Sarah looked at John before she crawled back unto her bed.

"Sarah, why do you go back to Dreamer?" John asked.

"Because she didn't...know where she..belonged either..and always felt alone.. something missing" Sarah muttered lowering her head down crying.

"Sarah you belong here." John said.

Sarah looked at John, before she just turned away.

"Just get some rest sweetheart, but always remember I love you so much, and you belong right here" John spoke to Sarah.

She nodded before lying back down on her bed. John sighed before he knew exactly would cheer Sarah up.

"Look Sarah, someone wants to see you" John spoke.

Sarah just looked, her smile widened "Mr Cuddles!" She beamed, for once smiling sweetly.
