"What happened to her?!" Rachel yelled as she got down on the floor next to Katie.

Matt didn't say a work feeling guilty for just happened.

"She's not your daughter!" Dave snapped.

"I thought you wanted this anyways John," Dave cruelly spoke, Torrie just lowered her head down feeling the tension in the room.

"Dave give her back to Cody, she's not her usual self.." Torrie muttered nearly in tears.

"Wonder why that is?" Dave spoke as his eyes met John as he held sleeping angel, known as Sarah Louise in his arms.

"DAve would you just give her here! Please!" Cody pleaded.

"Because I love her. I love Sarah." John said.

Dave just held unto Sarah.

"Dave please just give her back," Torrie pleaded.

"I'm tired of not being part of her life, so...I'm taking it now" Dave said.

"No you're not!" John yelled.

"Tell him john!" Cody yelled.

Dave tightened his grip around Sarah.

"Yes I am, if it wasn't for you she would have never nearly died!" Dave yelled at John.

Torrie looked at Batista before she felt the tears rising in her eyes.

"Why do you care? You don't love her at all!" John yelled.

"Yes I do, she's my daughter" Dave spoke as he put his hand on Sarah's back.

Torrie just touched her blonde hair.

"No...she's my daughter." John said sternly as he stepped towards Dave with anger in his eyes.

"No! she's not, you try and pretend she is but she's not!" Dave snapped.

"You don't care about her like I do. I love Sarah." John said.

Torrie lowered her eyes down as she wiped underneath her eyes.

"You know what Dave your right I'm not her dad, but I love her like she's my own" John said.

"But she's not yours," Dave spoke.

"No she's not, but I would do anything everything I could for that little angel you're holding! I would go to end of earth for her because I love her with all my heart!" John spoke.

Torrie just smiled through her tears.

"Now get out of my house Dave and stay away from Sarah." John said sternly.

"No," Dave spoke as he kept hold of Sarah.

"She may be your daughter, but she's mine too...." John said.

"When it suits you," Dave muttered back.

John's eyes darkened. "I'm the one that's been there for since she was born, I was there when she born prematurely, I was here to hear her first word, see her walk! I'm the one that's shown her more love and affection than you ever have!" John snapped.

"Well that's gonna change now" Dave spoke.

"You're not taking her from us" Torrie said with tears in her eyes.

"She belongs with John and Torrie," Lilian cut in.

"Shut up" Dave growled at the RAW Latina, setting Cody's blood to rise as well.

"Don't yell at Lilian you bastard" Cody snapped.

Dave looked at Cody.

"Sit down and shut up" He growled pushing Cody.

Lilian shot up, "Honey, leave it John's gonna break him half anyways" Lilian mumbled underneath her breath.

Cody scowled, "Maybe John would like some help? Because I really think he needs a repeat beating from one third of the legacy!" Cody shouted.

"I agree!" John yelled as he took another step towards Dave feeling like he was about to explode.

Cody got back up, removing Lilian's arm from him as she tired to pull him back.

"Give Sarah to Torrie and get out or else you're getting your ass kicked." John warned.

"Considered yourself warned" Cody told.

Dave took a step back.

"No, I know you won't touch me if I'm holding her, my daughter!" Dave snapped.

"She's not yours!" Torrie shouted, she went to grab Sarah and Dave just threw her down to the floor.

"Torrie!" John yelled before he got down next to her.
