The Comeback

Candice Michelle Bautista was thrilled as she entered the backstage area of RAW that Monday evening. Four months prior she had given birth to a healthy baby boy, named Aidan. Between her duties as a new mother and finding time to lose her baby weight, it had been a bit of a challenge to get back in the wrestling ring. But, the Candy-coated Diva loved her job and was officially back as an active member on the Red roster...which was her second home.

With her gym bag slung over her shoulder, she started towards the Divas locker room, dressed in dark skinny jeans, knee high black boots and a black lacy tank top, with her dark hair falling loose over her shoulders. She couldn't wait to see what was in store for her tonight.

Torrie stood up from the chair she was sitting in. She managed a small smile still having loads of different thoughts in her head.

"Hey Candice," Torrie muttered.

Candice grinned at Torrie. "Hey Honey!" She greeted her brightly. "Are you here for a social visit?"

Torrie looked at Candice.

"Yeah," Torrie muttered.

"I heard you were returning so I thought I would be the first one to welcome you" Torrie muttered softly, hiding the tears in her eyes.

Candice immediately picked up on Torrie's mood, having known the Boise Belle for many years now. "Well, I really appreciate that, but what's wrong?"

Torrie's eyes rose with hidden tears. She let out a little scoff before she wiped the edge of her eyes with her finger "God nothing, why does everyone think something's wrong" Torrie muttered with a faint grin.

"Well..." Candice shrugged uneasily. "Wiping tears away is kind of a giveaway, just for future reference." She said lightly.

"Really Candice I'm fine," Torrie spoke.

She went to turn away but Candice held unto her hand.

"No you're not." Candice said. "Please don't treat me like I'm oblivious. If something's wrong, Tor, tell me, maybe I can help."

Torrie just let herself fall down, and cry as she tried to be strong. Trying to keep it together, but she ended up falling apart.

"Torrie!" Candice cried in alarm, dropping down beside her friend and pulling her into a hug. "What's the matter?"

Torrie just held unto Candice while her body shook in tears.

"No I can't...." Torrie muttered.

"Sweetie, come on tell me what's the matter?" Candice softly uttered.

Torrie lowered her eyes as more tears fell. "I think my marriage is over," Torrie spoke.

Candice stared in shock. "Sweetie, what are you talking about?"

Torrie kept her head down, before a tear fell down from her eyes.

"John and me...we're drifting apart" Torrie muttered softly.

"How so?" Candice asked in concern.

"Doesn't talk to me anymore, and hardly spends any time with me we haven't spent hardly anytime together and basically it's like he doesn't even see I'm alive" Torrie spoke, with tears in her eyes.

"Have you tried confronting him about it?" Candice asked.
