A Rhodes Family Reunion

Carmin sat in the car beside Cody with a nervous smile on her face. She was going home for the first time in years.

"You ready for this?" Carmin asked.

"Yeah, I have nothing to be nervous about" he told

"I've been with Dad and Dustin these past years"

"You know you're going to go deaf when they see me right?" Carmin said.

"Yeah" he told

"Okay, let's do this before I burst with excitment!" Carmin said.

"Let's do it"

"Okay." Carmin said.

"Here it goes" he told

Carmin stepped out of the car and stood by the doorwhile she waited for Cody to get out.

Cody slowly got out of the car and pressed the remote to lock the doors.

"I'm coming i;m coming "

"You have to go in there first, idiot!" Carmin said.

"I don't have to go at all" he told

"Cody please I want to see daddy and it has to be perfect!"

"Well be nice than!" he told with a grin

"Fine." Carmin said.

"I love you Cody." Carmin said sweetly.

"Much better"

"Can you please go so I can see Daddy?" Carmin asked, trying to be sweet.

"Please?"

"I'm going, I'm going" Cody told, knocking on the door

"Yay!" Carmin said.

Cody smiled as he shook his head at Carmin

"I'm coming, I'm coming!" The voice of the Rhode's sibling step-mother Michelle spoke as she came to answer the door.

"Hello.... Cody!" Michelle told happily.

Carmin hid around the side of the house so she couldn't be seen.

"Hey Michelle" Cody told, not really like his step-mother, "Is dad home?"

Carmin laughed as she tried to be as quit as she could.

"Yes he is, you wanna come in?" she asked

"Umm not really, can he come out here instead?" Cody asked

"Umm, okay" she told befuddled at Cody, "Dusty, Cody wants to see you outside"
