Coming Back Home

"Cody, please, please don't leave me." Carmin pleaded, crying over his unconsious body.

Cody kept his eyes closed.

He could hear his sister and Lilian beg for him to stay, except he had no more strength to fight.

Lilian just held unto her lifeless boyfriend, the one she had become to love more than anything else in this world. Her head lowered down, crying with her arms around Cody's shoulder.

Torrie just put her hand around her mouth, before she felt herself finally cry.

"Please Cody, please don't leave." Carmin begged.

don't cry lilian!! I'm not gonna leave you. I promise Cody told in his head, preaying that he would be able to live.

Carmin looked at her brother, the rock that kept her strong. He'd become so weak and fragile in these few moments she could feel her world crumbling around her.

Cody tried to open his eyes but couldn't.

"Baby Please come back to me," Lilian pleaded, while she touched Cody's pale cheek.

Torrie looked at Carmin, she crawled over and hugged her tightly.

Carmin sighed.

"I'm sorry." Carmin said again.

There was nothing left in Cody but his thoughts and love for is sister and Lilian.

"Shh it's gonna be okay," Torrie soothed.

"He's...strong okay...we need him to stay with us" Torrie muttered, before she turned to Lilian seeing her slowly rock Cody's body while she gently sung her song to him.

Carmin remebered something.

She went to her room and pulled and elastic bead braclet from her suitcase.

Cody had bought it for her when she was younger and told her it would give her strenght when she was weak.

She returned with the bracelet and put it on Cody's wrist.

"It's helped me, now it can help you." Carmin whispered.

Cody laid, near the point of death

He heard so many painful sounds, so many loving sounds.

He felt Lilian's loving hands on him as she cried.

He also felt someone grab his wrist, placing something on it.

Still he didn't move.

"So I keep on sleeping, to have you with me..." lilian sung softly hoping Cody could hear her voice.

"Damn it Cody, you can't die My baby is coming in a few months and they need someone upbeat, and great sacrasm" Torrie spoke, with tears in her eyes.

Carmin cried as she held her brother's hand.

"Please Cody, please just stay with me." Carmin begged. "I'll do anything, I let you win every argument from here on out, I'll never call you by your middle name again, I'll never use the pouting trick again, I'll do anything just please stay with me." Carmin begged.

Somehow he found enough strength to move a small fragment.

He grasped Carmin's hand and stroked Lilian's hair with his other hand.

"Cody!" Carmin gasped as she felt his hand tighten around hers.

"That's it Cody, stay with us, stay strong." Carmin said.

"That's it honey, fight come on stay strong" Lilian muttered softly.

Torrie got to her feet, before she went to found out where the ambulance had gotten too.

"Stay with him, keep talking girls I'm gonna find where the ambulance...is" Torrie muttered wiping her eyes with her manicured nail underneath her eyes.

"Come on Cody, stay strong, you have to here to watch me win my first match." Carmin said.

cody kept running his finger through a strand of Lilian's hair and kept the grasp on Carmin's hand.

"That's it Cody." Carmin said.

"If you hang for me I promise I'll try not to be pushy anymore." Carmin said.

Lilian closed her eyes, while she felt afraid kneeling down by Cody. She felt a touch on her hair, hoping to god and the heavens above that she would still feel that heavenly touch once again.

"No you stupid idiot! the next street!" Torrie yelled in the phone.

Carmin smiled.

"Come on Cody, you can do this, you can make it." she encouraged.

Somehow Cody found an ounce of hope which gave him strength

He moved his hand on Lilian's back softly still strengthening the grip on Carmin's hand.

Carmin let a few tears slip from her eyes.

'That's it Cody, hang on, hang on and you can really kick Zach's ass later." Carmin said.
