IN NEED OF A FAVOR

Jasmine Perez stepping out of her Silver Alexis at 5 foot 6, wearing long skiiney legged jeans and a white halter top with silver stilletos, with her long dark hair hanging down her back with a huge smile on her face.

"Wow, big sis is living larger, I see" Jasmine said looking at the huge mansion infront of them.

"Can we say gold digger" her daughter Miley rudely replied steeping out of the car

"Hey, she's doing us a favor" Jasmine snapped at her 16 year old

"You mean she's doing you a favor" Miley snapped back as her and her mom appraoched the front door, of the Hardys North Carolina Mansion.....

Jeff was sitting sitting on the couch in the living room while Melina was in the kitchen cooking dinner, and Tyler and Riley upstaris paying with their toys.

Jeff turned his attention from the television to the door when he heard the door bell. Usually Riley and Tyler would run downstaris and fight over who got to open the door but they were so caught up in playing they completly ignored the doorbell.

"I'll get it" Jeff yelled to Melina so she would be disturbed from cooking

Jeff looked through the screen door and stared strangly at the girls infront of him

"Well.Well, well well Mr. Hardy long time no see" Jasmine smiled at Jeff who smiled back

"I know right Hey Jasmine" Jeff said hugging his sister in law "Whoa, I haven't seen you in years" Jeff said

"I know, I've been so busy" Jasmine told

"Please don't you mean easy" Miley kept with her rude comments as Jasmine shot a look at her

"Um...this must be Miley" Jeff smiled "I haven't seen her since she was like one" Jeff said as Miley rolled her eyes "Please come in...."

"MELINA...." Jeff yelled to the kitchen....

Miley was about to follow Jeff in beofre he mother grabbed her arm and held her back "Look!!! you are not about to messed this up...You need to behave they're here to help you and you will respect them" Jasmine said putting her foot down "Do you understand me"

"Sure, mother" Miley mocked before finally going into the house

"Jeff dinner will be///" Melina said stopping in her tracks when coming into the living room where Jeff stood with Jasmine and Miley

"Hey sis" Jasmine said

"Hey" Melina replied shocked "Um...what are you"

"Are you going to give me hug or what Jasmine interrupted knowing the next question

Truth was she hadn't got around to asking Melina and Jeff about letting Miley come live with them, and she didn't want Miley to know this was a spontaneous event...

Melina and Jasmine hugged as Miley stared around

"Um you guysare just in time for dinner" Jeff said

"Great I'm starving" Jasmine said doing a great job at changing the subject for the time being

"What are we having" Jeff asked

"Spagetti" Melina answered

"Yes! I'lll go get the kids" Jeff said running up the stairs

"Please! I've been dying to meet my niece and nepwhew" Jasmine smiled

Melina stared at Jasmine strangly. She wondered why her sister who she hadn't seen or talken to in many years would just randomly show up at her house un annouced

Melina took her attention off of Jasmine and Stared at Miley "Well...are you going to give your aunt a hug" Melina smiled

Miley cracked her first smile of the night and hugged her aunt

"Wow, you've grown since I've last seen you...you are so beautiful" Melina said....

Jeff came down stairs into the kitchen with the twins who stared at the two strange ladies

"OH WOW Lina" Jasmine said looking at the five year old twins "They are beautiful" she continued as Melina continued to give Jasmine a look

"What's with you" Jeff whispered to Melina as Jasmine's attention was on Tyler and Riley

"Why is she here" Melina whispered back

"I don;t know...You mean you didn't know she was coming" Jeff asked

"Do I look like I know" Melina replied

"Well, its been so long maybe she wanted to see you, or the twins or was just in the neighborhood"

"She lives in LA, North Carolina is not just in the neighborhood" Melina snapped "I know her...she wants something" Melina said

"You're crazy" Jeff said taking his seat at the table along with Melina

"Sis, this spagetti is great" Jasmine said as they all were half way into there meals. "Isn't it Miley" Jasmine nugged her daughter

"Um..yeah, its awesome" Miley said

"You hardly ate any" Riley said as Miley gave her a snobby look

"So, Miley" Jeff said "How's school" Jeff asked approaching a subject

"Um...I was kicked out" Miley said honestly

As Jasmine stared "So um....how long has it been for you too"Jasmine changed subjects again...

Jeff and Melina stared at eachother, along with Miley....

"8 years" Melina quickly answered as she was going to get to the botton of why her sister was there

"So, where are you going next...an alternative school" Melina asked

"No...I thought I was mo..." Miley started but Jasmine once again interrupted

"Sis...this really is good you should teach me how to make it" Jasmine said as Jeff Melina and Miley contuned to stare...and clueless Riley and Tyler smiled and ate

"Wait a mintue" Miley said as everyone stared at her including Jasmine

"They don't know....do they" Miley smirked at her mom

"No what" Jefff and Melina said in unison

You didn't even ask yet" Miley told "This is great,..I should have known asking would have been too responsible which is something we all know you're not" Miley snapped at her mom

"Ask what" Melina said as Jeff stared

"you're just dropping me off like alittle orphan" Miley said "Well I'll save you all the trouble and leave" Miley yelled exited the dining room and house.....

"Well, I say that means dinner is over" Jasmine said getting up and was about to follow Miley

"STOP" Melina yelled "You stay" Melina told her sister "Jeff can you please go make sure Miley doesn't go to far" Melina asked her husbnand

"Yes...better than being her when you explode" Jeff said taking Riley and Tyler with him....

"Sit...and talk" Melina told her sister with her arms folded

"Ok...I need a favor" Jasmine said

"I knew it...what this time" Melina said

"Can you please take in Miley...she is destroying her life living with me and...." Jasmine was interrupted

"NO" Melina yelled

"But, why" Jasmine said

"Mom told me all about her, and if you thinK for a second I'm going to let her come in and disrespect my family, and stress me out...you're wrong" Melina laid down the law...as Jasmine stared

Miley walked down the road with her arms folded as it started to rain "Oh great...can this get any worse" Miley said to herself

Miley wasn't aware but Jeff followed right behind her in his car

"Ugh! I'm in the middle of no where..where am I gonna go" Miley continued to talk aloud to herself as she stopped on the side of the road

"Well, you can always get in and come back to me and your aunts house" Jeff said appraoching her in the car

"No thanks" Miley folded her arms

"So you just gonna sit out her and get rained on" Jeff spoke as it rained harder

"Miley rolled her eyes and got into the front seat of the car

Silence filled the car as Jeff kept driving

"Wait isn't your house the other way" Miley said

"Let's give Melina and Jasmine alittle time" Jeff said "And besides I wanna talk to you" Jeff said as Miley stared.....

"Then atleast give me some advice on how to handle her"Jasmine said "She is heading into the same ditch I went into at her age, and I know she has so much more to offer the world" Jasmine explained which secretly broke Melina down

"That's why I think she would be better here" Jasmine said "A real family atmophere, "People who are there for her"

"Then you can be that..." Melina said

"No...I tried I can't atleast not now, I'm out of a job and everthing...I'm not asking for good, just until I get back on my feet...Please Lina" Jasmine begged as Melina stared......

"So....." Jeff said

"So....what" Miley said to her uncle

"Would living with us be that bad" Jeff asked

"No, I just didn't think you wanted me there" Miley replied

"Why wouldn't we" Jeff said

"Why would you...you don;t even know me" Miley stated

"Look!" Jeff said stopping the car "We've heard so much about you, to know that you need someone to care for you right now" Jeff said looking at her "you need someone to do the things your mom can't, and you don't knw me but I never let anyone fall. I care for everyone, and if living with us can turn your life around, then yo u can come stay with us" Jeff said as Miley looked at him

"You don't know me" Miley said agin

"I know alot more than you think...." Jeff replied beofre driving back home.....

"Fine...." Melina gave in as Jasmine smiled "but on two condition"

"Oh yes anything" Jasmine said

"One, you come and visit her twice a month to let her know you still care, and you haven't abandoned her" Melina stated

"Deal"

"And two, no interference, You let me and Jeff handle this...including discipline" Melina told

"Agreed...Thank you thank you, thank you" Jasmine smiled hugging her older sister

Jeff and Riley pulled into the driveway of now their home

"Um, you can go in I have to get Tyler and Riley" Jeff said looking back at his sleeping kids

Miley stared down, iit was the first time in her 16 years of living that she actully felt like someone important

"Uncle Jeff" Miley spoke

"Yeah," Jeff said

"Thanks, I really feel cared about" she said

Jeff smiled "You should" jeff said

"Can I help" Miley said

"Yeah ,you take the girl I got the boy" Jeff said as the two took the twins into the house.....

Jasmine smiled as Miley and Jeff entered the house with the twins.

"Great news you can stay" Jasmine told Miley, who stared at her

"But, I have to get back on the road..." Jasmine told everyone

"Jeff Melina thanks so much and Miley I love you dear...I'll ship the rest of your stuff first thing I get back" Jasmine said as Miley had one bag with her....

"Bye, everyone" Jasmine left in a hurry as everyone stared

"Welcome to the family" Melina told her niece......
