Within 3 kicks Aj had smashed through her 3rd punching bag, sand spilling everywhere. Tired she crawled into the ring inside the gym and practised some flips off the top rope. She had had a very frustrating day and needed to realease some steam. She walked along the top rope when she noticed the gym door fly open

Angel slammed the door as she wheeled into the gym myttering to herself. Her hair was a mess and her makeup was running as though she'd been crying.
